P002 → Romantic Heritage

From time to time I turn to themes of overwhelming feelings, healing nature, loneliness, strangeness, isolation from society, the clash of the imaginary and the real. They come from the period of Romanticism in European culture and art, and are also connected with my fascination with the uncanny, mystical and gothic, which began quite early in my childhood.
